雨人》的MV故事描述一对青梅竹马的小情侣，长大了之后，男主角终于为女主角举办了一场个人音乐会，实现了两个人小时候的梦想。这场音乐会由周华健担任总指挥，只演奏给一位听众，也就是女主角洪晓蕾聆听，顿时两人回忆起许多小时候一起生活的故事。MV中也找来了小男女主角演出小时候的故事，两位小主角在拍MV的过程中表现得非常好，专业的程度也得到了华健与导演金卓的高度赞赏，直呼现在的小孩真不简单。而小男主角眉清目秀，五官端正，长相非常酷似小时候的周华健，也让华健非常地喜欢小男主角。整只MV当中不断地有插画动画的搭入，配上雨人简单明快的旋律与歌词，更让整只MV在画面的表现上充满着单纯可爱的感觉。也由于拍摄现场不断播放着《雨人》，小女主角也在现场跟随着雨人优美的旋律弹起了钢琴，让整个片场充满着幸福快乐的气氛。
